Frequently Asked Questions
ZestRx
How does ZestRx work?
ZestRx is an online telehealth service that connects you with licensed medical providers for personalized weight loss & longevity care. After your consultation and medical review, your provider may prescribe GLP-1 medications like compounded semaglutide, along with supportive wellness supplements. Medications are delivered directly to your door, and we provide ongoing care every step of the way.
Do I need a prescription to get started?
Yes. All medications require a prescription. After you complete our brief health intake and free telehealth consultation, your ZestRx provider will determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.
What medications do you offer?
We currently offer prescription semaglutide and tirzepatide from licensed compounding pharmacies, along with evidence-based wellness injections such as B12, MICC, NAD+, and Glutathione. Each plan is customized based on your goals, medical history, and lab results.
How do I know if I qualify?
Eligibility is based on a combination of your medical history, current health status, and your provider’s clinical judgment—not just BMI. We take a holistic approach, focusing on metabolic health, lifestyle, and long-term success.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. By operating outside of insurance, we’re able to offer more personalized care—often at a lower overall cost than traditional providers.
Can I Use My FSA/HSA Card?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to pay for prescriptions at checkout. It is up to your FSA or HSA if they will indeed cover your costs. Please refer to the guidelines and terms and conditions of your specific plan.
How is ZestRx different from other telehealth weight loss programs?
We go beyond weight loss. ZestRx supports your long-term metabolic health with personalized dosing, high-touch follow-up care, and optional longevity-focused supplements. Our care team includes experienced providers and a nutritionist who specializes in GLP-1 support.
Where do your medications come from?
All prescriptions are filled by trusted, US-based compounding pharmacies that follow strict quality and safety standards. We do not use overseas or unregulated sources. Current pharmacy is Strive Pharmacy: 1275 E Baseline Rd #104, Gilbert, AZ 85233 (480) 626-4366
What states do you currently service?
We are currently available in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Montana and Washington. We are working on expanding to more states.
Is ZestRx a substitute for my primary car provider?
No, ZestRx is not a substitute for your primary care provider. Our programs are designed to compliment, not replace your healthcare services.
